Sleep Inn Concord - Kannapolis

the best thing is location - adjacent to the store, bojangles or cracker barrel, a quiet area. courteous personnel is from my manager.

The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly. I experienced issues with a blocked washbasin that wasn't resolved , disappointing. It's a decent option for a short visit but could use maintenance attention.

Staying at this hotel was perfect for our family with three kids. The free breakfast was a hit, and we loved the convenient location near The Dale Trail, made day trips super easy for us. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering an inviting space after a long day out.

My kids wished there were more activities for them at the hotel.

This hotel is perfect for me, providing great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and an indoor swimming pool. I'll always remember how the staff helped me find my lost jewelry on my first stay. Highly recommend!

It was just a nice choice for an overnight stop in Kannapolis with good value considering the price it charged. The bathroom, although initially dirty, was eventually cleaned after we requested it, showing some willingness to improve. Make sure to check your room before settling in to avoid surprises.

I had a great experience! The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was surprisingly abundant with fresh waffles and yogurt. Plus, the proximity to stores and dining was super convenient!

Could use better maintenance throughout the hotel.

We stayed here and were close to the Old Courthouse Theatre and hit up Rocky River Golf Club, a blast. The staff was super friendly, and the bed was comfy. Just keep in mind, the hotel could use some maintenance since our washbasin was clogged .

I had a little trouble with the washbasin being blocked and filled with water for two days. Although I complained multiple times, nothing was done . It would be nice if they had maintenance available for urgent issues like that.

Family with children should think twice here

They were unbelievably friendly. I mean, when the fridge in our room was broken, they immediately offered us another room without hesitation, that was nice of them.

It wasn't cheap but it was still acceptable, you get what you pay for right?

The hotel had a convenient location with easy access to food and shopping, a big plus for my family. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful . The overall condition of the hotel could use some updates as it felt a bit worn in certain areas.

The rooms need updating with worn carpets, broken door handles, and cleaning issues on surfaces!!! Consider addressing the noise issues during early morning hours for better guest experience!!!
